Removal and installation of Chevrolet throttle valve case

Removal
1. Disconnect «-« a wire of the accumulator battery.
2. Remove submitting tube from the throttle valve case.

3. Unhook a cable of steering of a throttle valve.
4. Remove vacuum hoses in throttle valve cases.
5. Remove the gauge of the case of a throttle valve and sockets of the valve of steering of an idle running air flow.
6. Remove coolant hoses from the throttle valve case.
7. Remove mounting screws of the case of a throttle valve.
8. Remove the case of a throttle valve and remove a layer pad.
9. Remove gauge TP.
10. Remove the valve of steering of an idle running air flow (IAC).

Installation
1. Make cleaning of the surfaces contacting to a layer pad, on an intake manifold.
2. Clear the throttle valve case.
3. Establish gauge TP.
4. Establish valve IAC.
