General information:
Cylinder block head - the head of cylinders is made of an aluminium alloy. On opposite sides of a head are located inlet and discharge openings. The spark plug is in the centre of each combustion chamber.

Cam shaft - the pig-iron cam shaft is kept by five bearing parts with bearings in the aluminium case of a cam shaft located in the top part of a head of the cylinder block.
Bent shaft - the bent shaft leans against five main bearers. The third bearing is radially-persistent. Main bearers are greased by means of the oil submitted under pressure in the main oil highway of a left side of the cylinder block.
Toothed belt of GDM - the camshaft drive toothed belt connects a bent shaft and a cam shaft, supporting between them rotation synchronisation. The camshaft drive toothed belt also results the cooling fluid pump in rotation. The toothed belt of a camshaft drive and cogged pulleys are hooked so, that between them there is no slippage. The tension roller supports a correct tension of a toothed belt of a camshaft drive. The camshaft drive toothed belt is executed from the rigid strengthened rubber similar to those that is used in poly-V belt of a drive gear of auxiliary gears.
Lubricating system - the pan of an oil crankcase is mounted in an engine basic block heel. The pan of an oil crankcase is executed from thin metal.
Engine oil is forced from an oil crankcase by means of the oil pump. After oil passes through an oil filter, it moves on two lubrication channels of the engine basic block and a cylinder block head. In one port oil is forced on oil ports in a bent shaft to connecting rods, then to buckets and cylinders in the engine basic block. Then oil flows down back in an oil crankcase. In the second port oil is forced on oil ports to a cam shaft. Oil passes through the internal port in a camshaft for lubricant of valves.
