Removal of cylinder block head
1. Remove pressure in a fuel system and a wire of weight from the accumulator.
2. Merge a cooling fluid from a system cooling and unscrew spark plugs.
3. Remove a toothed belt, pulleys of a cam shaft and internal housings of a toothed belt. Remove covers of a head of the cylinder block and assembly of rocker actuators (the engine 1,8 l and 2,2 l) or cam shafts (the engine 2,5 l).
4. Unhook exhaust pipes from cylinder block heads.
5. Remove an intake manifold.
6. Unscrew front engine bearers and, using a jack, through a board hoist the engine.
7. On an engine left side unscrew an exhaust gas recirculation tube.
8. Working in sequence, return shown on fig. Sequence of a tightening of bolts of fastening of a head of the cylinder block, turn off bolts of fastening of a head of the cylinder block on 1/3 turns for each pass before full unscrewing of bolts.
9. Remove a cylinder block head.
